Last weekend my wife and I spent our anniversary in Central California. Needless to say, it was cow-tastic! Full of open fields, fresh air, and plenty of fauna grazing in huge open ranch properties. Happy cows really do come from California—now I know. About a half hour north was Hearst Castle, and let me tell you—King Arthur would be jelly. It was absolutely incredible. Unbelievable really, that one person could gather so much wealth and have such an obsession with architecture. It really brought a few things into perspective for me. One, I’m poor. Two, creativity and vision knows no bounds! Follow your heart, and the external will submit. Check out some of the views (seriously, you can’t retouch that kind of beauty!) from the Castle!

Danny Bracco Style Session
I may be the only guy that doesn’t think of Counter-Strike or Call of Duty when I hear the word “head shot.” My coworker at Mustang Marketing needed an update to his headshot (I have a day job and this was done as a part of that job, not as a self-contracter!) so we decided to take a gander outside of our cave that we like to call the office. It’s really challenging, finding a location amongst a parking lot, black-windowed buildings and overall mundane setting. We walked along a path in between two offices, and found a nice shaded area that had a bit of green and some flora. The only fauna were Danny, Jess Williams and I! Here are a few of his favorite mugs!
These photos are the property of Mustang Marketing and were taken by Randall Loui as a part of that entity.
Beauchamp Family Joy Session
Let me just start off by saying that the Beauchamps are probably one of my favorite groups of people ever. Just sayin’. This sunny shoot took place in Riverpark, Oxnard—a beautiful community that has multiple parks (more like open fields) and even a gazebo to host weddings (which was happening on this very day!) Not a cloud in the sky, the sun was the second brightest thing next to the exuberant love and laughs that the Beauchamps shared. I was so happy to capture their rare California vacation (Momma Beauchamp hadn’t been here for 30 years!) Here are some of my favorite snaps!
