Bon + Tina Engagement Session

If you grew up in or around the Northridge area and graduated highschool between the years of 2003-2006, you probably knew of a guy named Bonifer. Maybe you knew all four Bonifer brothers, or just one or two. MAYBE you just saw the back of a Bonifer’s head in class. Who knows!

Anyway, Bonifer (#2) is tying the knot to a beautiful young lady, Tina, and I had the pleasure of photographing their engagement session over at Sesnon Park. Sesnon park, not to be confused with O’Melveny park (learned that the hard way) was a wide open, quiet spot, perfect for these two to enjoy themselves and their love! Personal plug here: I’ve known the Parungao family for more than half of my life. They were like family to me growing up. Endless hours were spent at their house on Gledhill playing N64, counter-strike, using LaBella hair gel to spike our hair (because it was cool) and just hanging out after and before school. I love this fam and all of its members—I’m honored to be able to capture special moments like this for them. Tina; I’m so happy that you guys fell in love and are about to share a life time together. You have made Dico a lucky guy! Congrats to both of you!
